Rustico Pierino - Sweet Dreams in Florence

Rustico Pierino is a splendid portion of a farmhouse located on the Florentine hill. Less than 10 minutes by car from the city center and 5 minutes from the wonderful Piazzale Michelangelo. You will have the opportunity to live in an ancient Tuscan country house with a beautiful private courtyard on the green hills of Florence. The space The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower on the ground floor, while upstairs you will find two large bedrooms, one triple and one double, and a bathroom with bathtub. You will also have at your disposal a large private courtyard where you can eat and relax. The house also has a private parking space for one car. There are washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms on the first floor. We are waiting for you for your holiday in Tuscany! Guest access The whole apartment will be reserved for our guests. Other things to note Pets are not allowed except for service animals with appropriate certificates. Minors not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be accepted as guests. We cannot guarantee check-in outside the hours indicated in the listing. Visitors are not allowed inside the apartment. In compliance with local regulations, guests will be asked to provide an ID and sign a short-lease contract prior to their arrival. We cannot issue invoices to companies for your stay but only receipts to individuals. Loss or breakage of keys will result in a charge of Euro 150.00. Calls between 10PM and 8AM to open the door due to keys left inside the apartment there will be a charge of Euro 70.00.
