The recently refurbished Flat is accessed through the rear garden of our family home with it's own private access. The bathroom is located on the ground floor and stairs take you to a bright kitchen, living room and bedroom. The space The bathroom is located on the ground floor and those with mobility issues may find the stairs difficult to manage. For this reason the property is not suitable for toddlers. The apartment is attached to the main house. We do our best to keep the noise to a minimum however we are family of five and you may hear us from time to time. The family dog will bark when she sees you. Guest access The access is through the garden which is located on 35 Hastings Lane at the rear of the main house. If you are arranging a taxi to collect you please ensure you give this address and not 35 Roseville Street. Other things to note There is plenty of parking in the nearby carparks and on street parking. We can help you with the local parking rules.
