In the heart of Provence, we rent our house with swimming pool which is in a very quiet residential area on the edge of a Provençal village (within walking distance). Surrounded by pine forests, with direct access by bike to the Grand site of Sainte Victoire and 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, it allows you to combine cultural life, nature and village atmosphere. Ideal for 2 families. Enjoy the enclosed Mediterranean garden, its 2 shaded terraces and its indoor freshness. The space On the ground floor, you will find: - A large open space and crossing South/East/West with living room, dining room and American kitchen with bar of 60 m2. - Toilet - Master suite overlooking the garden with dressing room and walk-in shower room - An adjoining garage with full laundry and storage room (freezer) On the first floor, going up the stairs, you arrive on a landing that serves: - 3 bedrooms of 9 m, 12 and 13 m2 with a raised ceiling under slope - One bedroom contains a comfortable mezzanine bed (ideal for teenagers) - A toilet - A bathroom with double sink, window overlooking Sainte Victoire and bathtub - A library and a cabinet filled with games to rival any toy library - for all ages - An open space TV lounge with a large bay window overlooking the pine forest and a corner sofa that can easily be transformed into a comfortable bed. The garden is fenced and although it is not huge (600 m2), it offers pleasant privacy because it is composed of several "small corners" all around the house. Indoor courtyard is completely shaded in summer - great for ping-pong competitions with friends The 2 shaded reed terraces are L-shaped with direct access from the kitchen and the living room overlooking the pool.
