If you want to experience what the city has to offer Portland is only a 35 minute drive! The space This property sits on 2.68 acres in a wooded community. With an extra long driveway, parking will never be a challenge. It comes with 2 available bedrooms, wi fi, TV, laundry room, and 1.5 bathrooms. One bedroom has a brand new King size bed with a Copper Pedic mattress! The other bedroom includes a Queen bed. Help yourself to all areas of the house except for the room to the far right which is my office area. Outside is a patio, deck, fire pit and a garden. The wooded area in the back includes ATV trails leading back .25 miles to the Saco River Guest access You are free to utilize any area of the property except for the room to the far right and the storage shed outside which will be locked. Other things to note I am very open to pets. I am a dog lover so up to 2 dogs are allowed. I do have a dog myself. The place will have a thorough cleaning before your arrival. But keep in mind that the house is lived in and I do have a dog! I just ask of course that you pick up after your pets and leash them if not friendly with people or other dogs. I do have neighbors with small children that play in the woods. So, please be mindful of that when it comes to tending to your dog.
