Relax with the whole family in Mooball, our home is two bedrooms and suitable for children. With close proximity to the rail trail, local cafes, dining and just a short drive to the beach. Situated on half an ache you will have plenty of space to relax and sit on the veranda and watch the sunset. The space Our house has a large open plan living, dining kitchen area which leads to a large veranda. It has a full laundry which also has a shower and second toilet. A bathroom with a large bath and two bedrooms one with a king bed and another with two singles. We also have a day bed in the lounge room with two single beds that are stacked and can be transformed into a king bed. Our garden is large and includes a playground for children, swings and lots of space to play and have fun. Guest access Electric gate and lock box. Other things to note Our yard is fully fenced and you’re welcome to bring a dog provided you clean up after them and they remain outside, also ensuring that barking is kept to a minimum as we have elderly neighbours.
