Other things to note Sunbilla is a beautiful village in the Navarrese pre-Pyrenees, halfway between San Sebastián and Pamplona. Surrounded by mountains and divided by the Bidasoa River, it has basic amenities such as a pharmacy, grocery store, two banks with ATMs, a municipal swimming pool (from June 15 to September 15), and bars and restaurants. A region bordering the Baztán Valley, crossed by the Bidasoa greenway, Eurovelo 1, highly recommended for cycling. There are numerous hiking trails. The area has two multi-adventure parks (Irisarri land and Baztán abentura), areas of tourist interest nearby such as the caves of Zugarramurdi, caves of Urdax and caves of Sare, beautiful villages of the Baztán valley such as Elizondo or Amaiur, the Bertiz natural park and the Leurtza reservoirs among other places. The nearest beach, in Hondarribia, is 33 kilometers away. Pamplona is 49 kilometers away and San Sebastián is 48 kilometers away.
