The owners have also provided games, puzzles, kid-friendly amenities, creek towels, outdoor blankets, and many other thoughtful touches.  This entire house sleeps up to 11 people TOTAL, not including infants under 12 months (please note that no one weighing over 120 pounds should use the top bunk of the bunk bed). For the comfort of our guests and our neighbors in Sedona, THIS PROPERTY IS 100% SMOKE-FREE. Absolutely NO smoking of any sort, vaping, or burning of incense anywhere on the property .
