On 55 square meters you will find two cozy double beds in the living room and bedroom, a comfortable kitchen and a modern bathroom. The living room and bedroom have high-quality wooden parquet flooring and the entire apartment has underfloor heating powered by an air heat pump. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a dining table that can comfortably seat 4 people plus a child. The apartment is specially designed for non-smokers and creates a healthy living environment with low allergens. In the bathroom with shower, your towels are pre-heated by an additional bathroom radiator. There is a Smart TV in both living rooms and WiFi is available free of charge. A spacious wardrobe offers enough space for longer stays. The kitchen is fully equipped with seating and a bright, friendly atmosphere that makes it a great place to cook and eat. Guest access Check in and parking: We offer our guests free parking in a nearby parking garage. You can stop in front of the house briefly to unload and then drive comfortably by car into the parking garage at Pfarrstraße 43. You will find the keys and a parking card (free of charge for you) in a key safe in the area of the house entrance door. It is important that you always "log out" with the card when leaving the parking garage. An illustrated route description with a map section from the parking garage to the vacation apartment is attached to the arrival information. You only have to turn right once from the parking garage and then it's just straight ahead. Other things to note Location: The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful sights in Wernigerode, an idyllic town in the Harz Mountains with a picturesque castle and half-timbered houses. It is only a few meters to the town hall, where numerous festivities take place on the market square. The town's most popular shopping street (Burgstraße) is also right outside the door.
