Downtown Delight: Private Bathroom + Micro/Fridge

Enjoy a private bedroom with your own bathroom, mini fridge, and microwave. Centrally-located close to Indys vibrant downtown. This is a great spot for budget minded travelers for work or pleasure. My partner and I live here and enjoy meeting new travelers. We know that you will enjoy your stay at our home. The space The room you are renting is cozy and cutely furnished. The best part about this room is that the full bathroom is inside the bedroom! Your bed is a double bed which is a little bit smaller than a queen, but big enough for two people. If request you can also use an air mattress inside of the room. We have included a mini fridge, microwave, and kitchen essentials in your, as we do not include access to our kitchen with this rental. While you stay with us, you are free to sit in the entryway, use the hallway half-bathroom, and use our free washer and dryer. Also, you may enjoy our balcony for some fresh air. Guest access During your stay you will have access to your private room which includes a work desk, microwave, mini-fridge, walk-in closet, and private full-bathroom. You may also hang out in the entryway/hallway, read a book from the bookshelf, use the hallway half-bath, enjoy the balcony, or use our washer and dryer. During your stay Both my partner and I work for ourselves so we may or may not be around during the day or the evening. If we do cross paths when we are not working or resting we may have time to chat or socialize. We are excited to meet new people share our recommendations of favorite spots around town and experiences. Other things to note We love our location because we are just a 5-10 minute drive or Uber from all the best stuff that Indy has to offer (Lucas Oil, Convention Center, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, museums, dining, yoga, outdoor parks). However, our street is certainly run down and forgotten, some houses are boarded up, and sometimes trash accumulates on the street. If this bothers you, our home may not be the place for you. Still, we enjoy our home, and feel safe and sound tucked up in our beautifully decorated second story flat, and we welcome you to share part of it with us.
