Victorian House.

We have a comfortable double room within our family home. We are an active family working locally within healthcare. We have 2 young children and sometimes we have very friendly dogs, ready to welcome you for a stay in North Devon. The space We live very central to Barnstaple town centre, which is a 10 minute walk, a 5 minute walk to the Beautiful Rock Park which sits along the estuary. We are a short drive to the beaches, and are approximately 2 miles from North Devon District Hospital and are more than happy to accomadate students. The bedroom is light and beautifully decorated with a super comfy bed. There is access to a shared bathroom. This is a family home, in which you will always recieve a warm welcome. Guest access Guests welcome to use the communal parts of the house, including the garden. Other things to note Breakfast items and tea and coffe available for you to help yourself.
