Welcome to The Cabin at Oliverea, a woodsy getaway with access to everything the Catskills has to offer! Drive 15 min to Bellayre Ski Mountain & Downtown Phoenicia, 10 min to Peekamoose Restaurant, and 5 min to Urban Cowboy Lodge …Or ditch the car and enjoy a hike up the McKenley Hollow Trailhead followed by dinner & drinks at The Dandelion Restaurant, both walking distance from the property. Enjoy a bonfire along our creek or get cozy inside listening to records by the wood-burning stove! The space This stylish antique filled space is full of one-of-kind pieces that embody the spirit of the Oliverea Valley! Enter the house and step into the kitchen, where you will find all of the cooking supplies needed to prepare a delicious meal for family and friends. Here you will find a SMEG fridge, Samsung appliances, and a Zwilling coffee maker to name a few of our favorites. Next, you will walk into our sunlit living space where we know you’ll want to spend most of your time! This room features a Samsung Smart TV for movie nights, a curated record collection to listen to, board games, and books to keep you entertained. Make a cocktail (or two!) with the bar tools provided at our bar cart then sink into our vintage Italian leather couches. There is also a Pendleton dog bed for our furry friends! The house has two bedrooms which comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The bedroom in the front of the house has a queen bed and a desk for reading, writing, or working remotely. The second bedroom has two full beds, and a private exterior exit door to the side yard. Both bedrooms have Casper mattresses and Brooklinen bedding, which will leave you sleeping in late. There are 1.5 bathrooms filled with plush towels, a hair dryer, Public Goods shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and Aesop hand soap. Walk out to the patio, where you can drink your morning coffee, barbecue on our charcoal grill, enjoy local beers at the picnic table, or stargaze. Grab the picnic basket and blanket provided and head out to the front yard to enjoy the peaceful sounds of the creek. Enjoy the Pavilion in the front yard on rainy days or just to catch some shade. Here you can soak up the views of the mountain on our hammocks or lounge by our bonfire overlooking the creek. If you like to fly fish, don't be afraid to throw a line in!
