The countryside, a 10-minute walk from the center of Sommières! An original duplex apartment on a 3 ha equestrian site dedicated to biodiversity. The space The accommodation is located on the first floor of a large farmhouse. It includes a large entrance on the ground floor, a stone staircase leads upstairs. On the landing, a first bedroom with a 140 cm bed on the right, and the entrance to the living room - kitchen - dining room opposite. On the other side of the living room, a corridor leads to the bathroom on the right and the large master bedroom on the left (with a 160 cm bed), to which is attached a small bedroom with a single bed and children's games available. All rooms have central heating. Guests have free access to all the outside areas of the property and the opportunity to go for a walk along the Vidourle and in the paths around the horses. The park and riparian forest are managed to maximize biodiversity, with many shelters and nest boxes for wildlife. Other things to note Thank you to couples who wish to sleep in two separate bedrooms for letting me know at the time of booking. A flat fee of 20 euros for extra sheets will be required upon arrival.
