Welcome to our vacation home! Our vacation home was designed to offer you a cozy and comfortable experience surrounded by nature. Here is a description of the amenities. The main living room is the heart of the vacation home. It is a multifunctional space that can serve as a living room, dining room and work area. Here you will find a comfortable sofa, a dining table and storage space for your personal belongings. The space The tiny house features a cozy bedroom in the gallery. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The design has been optimized to make the best use of the available space while still creating a relaxed atmosphere. Although small, the kitchenette is equipped with the basic amenities you need to prepare your favorite meals. Here you will find a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a ceramic stove top, a stove and some kitchen utensils. The bathroom is compact but functional and includes a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, toilet and a sink. It has been designed to meet your needs while saving space. Enjoy the nature around you on a small terrace. Here you can get some fresh air, barbecue, relax, read or simply enjoy the view. Wi-Fi is available for our guests free of charge. If you need a high chair or a bed, please contact us. An extra bed is also possible. Please note that all houses are non-smoking apartments. The tiny house (ground floor 20 m², loft 15 m²) is deliberately kept small to enable minimalist and sustainable living. It offers enough space for a small group or a romantic getaway for two. Our tiny house is designed to be environmentally friendly and to conserve resources. It has energy-efficient appliances to minimize the ecological footprint. Dogs allowed upon request. Pets must always be registered. Charges may apply. Welcome to our charming vacation homes in Frankenheim Rhön! Our houses (built in 2022) are located on the outskirts of Frankenheim. The municipality is located in the Hohe Rhön, in the three-state corner of Hesse, Thuringia and Bavaria, in the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, and at an altitude of 750–780 m above sea level, sea level, the highest village in the Rhön. Above the village is the Ellenbogen (Rhön) lookout mountain. Our region is a paradise for nature lovers and active vacationers. Go on long hikes, walks or bike rides through the surrounding meadows and forests and discover the diverse flora and fauna. In winter, you can ski or do cross-country skiing on the nearby ski slopes and cross-country trails. You will also find a variety of cultural attractions in the surrounding area. Visit historical cities such as Fulda, Meiningen, Bad Königshofen or Bad Neustadt, explore castles and palaces or immerse yourself in the regional traditions and customs. Bicycles that you bring with you can be locked in the outbuilding to protect them from wind and weather. Dogs are allowed on request for a fee of EUR 35. Pets must always be declared.
