Thermostat is on the upper level but we're happy to accommodate the temperature that suits you. Please, make yourself at home! Other things to note - Please note that there is a grass path leading to the entrance of the unit. - Thermostat is at the owners level but guests can request a preferred temperature. NOISE: as this is a basement space and as careful as we are, there is a possibility for noise to carry from the upper floors of the house during certain times. CHECK-IN starts at 4 pm. A unique code for the keypad will be sent to you prior to check-in and further in instructions will be available on the app. ACCESSIBILITY: please note that our space has limited accessibility. There are a few steps leading down to the entrance and the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible. Please take these limitations into account when deciding whether our space is right for your needs. PARKING: We can only allow parking for 2 cars/SUVs/regular trucks at maximum. No oversized vehicles, work trucks allowed at all. This is a family neighborhood and we want to be mindful of that.
