Recently remodeled, the 1920s cabin is perfect for professionals, couples, or a small family. The unique floorplan is upside down with living space on the main floor and sleeping space downstairs (slope allows light into each room). The cabin is 10 minutes south of the University of Tennessee campus, 10 minutes north of the Knoxville airport, and 20 miles from Maryville or Oak Ridge. We have rented on/off of Airbnb for past years so please read reviews. The space This is a two bedroom 1920s cabin and features a unique front room with a log cabin feel, updated and remodeled kitchen, and a lovely SCREENED in private patio. The patio has a long handmade bench and a table/chairs for outdoor eating or games! Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself, including separate washer/dryer, bedrooms, bathrooms, and private patio. The only thing we will share is the driveway and outdoor space. Other things to note We have rented the cabin on/off Airbnb for the past 9 years and excited to welcome people back. We live on the property. We are NOT a company, we are a family offering a space to our friends and family and others too.
