Newly built above-standard cottage with outdoor terrace, sauna, seasonal relaxation pool and view of the nearby Ořešník rock lookout and the highest peak of the Jizera Mountains, Smrk. The cottage is located in the part of the village Hejnice called Ferdinandov, in a very quiet location. The interior of the cottage is furnished in a modern style, the facilities include a bicycle room. Right next to the cottage you have popular hiking trails of the Jizera Mountains, Jizera Mountains and Singltreka behind the hill. Suitable for families or a group of friends and lovers of Jizerek. The space Bedrooms: On the upper floor there are a total of 4 modern furnished bedrooms (2 x 2-bed and 2 x 3-bed) Bathrooms: Upstairs, the cottage has two large bathrooms with WC and shower and separate WC with basin on the ground floor. There is a baby travel cot with a mattress. Kitchen: Fully and modern equipped kitchen where there is a dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, american fridge, kettle. Living area: A spacious common room with a large dining table for 10 people, a sofa, two smaller sofas, and a TV. Sauna: Spacious Finnish sauna with shower and lounge, inside the building. Upon request, it will be available throughout the stay. Children: 1 x travel cot incl. mattress, high chair, potty. A children's play area with books and toys is part of the common room. Swimming pool round (3.6m), seasonal, depending on the weather. Guest access Access throughout the building, including the bicycle room. Other things to note The total price DOES NOT include the sauna fee. One-time fee for unlimited use of the sauna during the stay is 1,000 CZK (this includes the final cleaning of the entire sauna area, sauna, towel, sheet). Furthermore, 8 CZK/kWh will be charged according to actual consumption energy, i.e. the electricity meter will be read upon arrival or departure (the sauna has a separate electricity meter), usually about 15 kWh/3h sauna (about 120 CZK/sauna 3h cycle). In addition, a refundable deposit in CASH of CZK 5,000 (or EUR 200) is required for any damage to the property and equipment of the Cottage. It will be refunded in full upon departure, unless damage occurs. The fee for a dog is 250 CZK/day. Maximum 1 dog.
