The building has a shared pool downstairs, and the apartment has a private pool overlooking the area with a partial sea view. The terrace, pool, and entire apartment enjoy a high degree of privacy, and the terrace gets sun from morning to afternoon but enough space with shade to enjoy some shadow during the hot hours of the day. The apartment can be reached by an elevator that sees very little traffic. The building has a very small number of apartments, which makes for a very quiet, calm, and private stay. The living room and open kitchen with bar stools overlook the terrace and pool and enjoy a high degree of daylight. The room is equipped with a brand-new smart TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and water boiler. Outside on the terrace is a washing machine that can be used. The bedrooms both have terrace access and enjoy a nice view of the surrounding area. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a toilet and shower. There is another bathroom with a toilet and shower opposite from the second bedroom. In January 2024, the apartment was fully renovated with new air conditioners, showerheads, televisions, refrigerator, cabinets, chairs, and doors. A new work desk was installed, and the furniture on the terrace has been replaced. Outside of the appartment the common pool can be used and there is a gym downstairs that can be used during the stay.
