Welcome to "Clos Briard" Duplex of 35 m2 for 2 to 4 people, completely renovated in 2023. Nestled in the heart of the village of La Houssaye-en-Brie, just 20 minutes from Disneyland. Private terrace Linens and towels included Comfortable beds The space GROUND FLOOR: Living room equipped with a large 126 cm (55") TV, an EMMA sofa bed, a coffee table that converts into a high table, as well as 4 chairs, a washer-dryer (for laundry), and an equipped open kitchen (microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, cooking utensils, cutlery and dishes). The kitchen is not equipped with a dishwasher or an oven. Also on the ground floor, you will find a bathroom equipped with a 70 x 70 cm shower, a toilet, and a sink. The house has an outdoor area with a garden table, 6 outdoor chairs and a barbecue with all its utensils. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: The property has 4 beds: 2 single beds upstairs and a very comfortable EMMA sofa bed in the living room. It is possible to convert the sofa bed into 2 single beds (2 beds of 80x200) or into 1 double bed of 160x200. Bed sheets, bath towels, bath mats and dish towels are included in the rental price. You'll just have to remember to bring your shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. ARRIVAL: Check in: 5pm We make every effort to ensure that the booked accommodation is available as soon as possible and no later than 5 pm. Earlier check-in is possible subject to availability. Check-in is autonomous with a secure key box. DEPARTURE: Check-out: 11:00 AM. We ask that you vacate the accommodation no later than 11:00 AM unless explicitly agreed otherwise. NOTE: Bed linens and towels are provided. We also provide everything including toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, sponge, hand soap and garbage bags. We also provide you with cleaning equipment and cleaning products. However, we do not provide shower gel, shampoo or conditioner. INTERNET: The property has a Wi-Fi network.
