Bedroom 1 KS bed, desk and dressing room. Bedroom 2 KS bed. Bedroom 3 with two double beds. Bedroom 4 single trundle bed. The space On the ground floor, you will find a living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as the master bedroom and bedroom #2 with King Size beds and bedroom #3 with two double beds. On the second level, there is a bedroom with a single bed and a single trundle or pull-out bed, perfect for more flexibility in the accommodation. Each room has its own bathroom, air conditioning and fans We also have a private rooftop with a barbecue, dining room, lounge chairs, swings and a small pool (not heated) with a whirlpool, which are available at an additional cost. Guest access Our guests can use the four rooms of the apartment, stay, dining room, kitchen and balcony. In case you want to use the rooftop, you must cover in advance the additional cost of $1,000 per individual day or $800 for each consecutive day. They can also access the beach club up to 8 people and the clubhouse amenities such as gym and sports courts. Regarding the BEACH CLUB, we emphasize that in the low season it CLOSES ON TUESDAYS for maintenance, so we do not have service. Other things to note Cleaning and cooking services can be arranged at an additional cost. Cleaning cost approximately $600 pesos. Cleaning and cooking service fee is approximately $800 pesos (the fee for this service can be arranged directly with the assigned person, as it is separate from the accommodation) If you want to use the rooftop, you must pay in advance the additional cost of $1,000 pesos for a single day or $800 pesos for each consecutive day.
