We are a certified historic building, as well. Therefore we have to pay attention to exterior look of our window frames, which are wooden, according to regulations. We ask our guests to sign a residential contract upon check in; we also take a copy of their passports so that they can be registered in the central official system, as required by law; we issue invoices as our parent company is registered with the tax authority.
