Welcome to our cozy apartment! The apartment is perfect for couples or small families who want to spend a relaxing vacation. The apartment is very quiet in a residential area in a district of Stockach, not far from beautiful Lake Constance. Here you can enjoy a rural idyll without much hustle and bustle and still be at the popular hotspots for beautiful day trips within a short time! The space The open-plan 1-room apartment (about 40 sqm) has just been newly renovated and fully equipped. It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and the living area invites you to relax. The sleeping area is comfortably furnished and offers a comfortable double bed as well as storage space in the form of an open cabinet. A third person can be accommodated on the sofa bed, which can be folded out if necessary. On the terrace and the associated garden, which is only accessible to you, you can enjoy the sun and end the day. A charcoal grill as well as two deck chairs and an outdoor seating area are provided. Guest access The apartment is a self-contained 1-room apartment in an apartment building. You will have access to the apartment via a staircase shared with the other tenants. The apartment is assigned a parking space. Other things to note Please note: For private stays, a tourist tax of €2 per person (15 years and above) per night is due. This is not yet included and must be paid during the stay.
