Please note that we have no control over this. - ID Requirements: Upon booking, you must provide identification for all guests to ensure building access. Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a legal guardian. - Strict Prohibitions: Visitors, smoking, and undisclosed pets are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a fine. - Not a Hotel: We do not provide daily housekeeping or linen changes. Extra linens or mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee. - Starter Kits Only: Initial supplies like toilet paper, soap, coffee, and sugar are provided as a courtesy. We do not restock these items; guests are responsible for purchasing more if needed. - Check-out Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for late check-outs. Any delays will be subject to a fine. - Parking Restrictions: Due to their size, Dodge Ram trucks are not allowed in the building's parking lot (with the exception of the Rampage model). This rule ensures safety and convenience for all residents. If you are driving a Dodge Ram, please arrange for off-site parking. - Electricity Allowance (Long Stays): For stays of 7 days or more, an allowance of 125 kWh per week is included. Any excess consumption will be charged separately at the current rate (average cost of R$ 1.25 per kWh). Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out. ⚠️ Please review all rules before booking to ensure a smooth stay! APARTMENT RULES: - No smoking. - No visitors allowed. - Do not flush toilet paper. Please use the waste bin provided. - Linen Care: Be careful with stains on towels and bedding. A R$ 50.00 fee will be charged per stained item. If the stain cannot be removed by professional cleaning, the guest will be charged the full replacement cost of the item. BUILDING RULES: - No smoking anywhere on the premises. - No swimwear in the elevators. - Pets are not allowed in common areas. - Keep hallways clear: Do not leave shoes, trash, or any personal objects outside the apartment door. - No laundry on the balcony: Do not hang clothes or towels on the balcony railing. - Pool Safety: No glass bottles or glassware allowed in the pool area. - Trash Disposal: Please use the service elevator when taking out the trash. *Note: Failure to comply with these rules will result in fines. The guest is responsible for all penalties, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
