CasArtExpo is the apartment of Art in the heart of Rome. Located in a 19th-century Umbertino building, a short walk from Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain. The space is conceived as a modern exhibition environment, enriched by original works of art such as paintings and sculptures by talented contemporary Italian artists. The staff is dedicated to providing tailored services, satisfying every customer need. Perfect for business travel, families, and groups of friends. The space The thick walls keep the environment cool in summer and warm in winter, also thanks to an air conditioning system throughout the apartment and modern, remotely controllable radiators. The sleeping area consists of a suite with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet, and a second double bedroom with a private bathroom. Both have access to a large living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. In addition to the works of art, the furnishings include antique furniture from the 17th and 19th centuries combined with contemporary design pieces. Guest access The apartment has a convenient elevator and can be reached by bus and metro A. Other things to note The kitchen is fully equipped with Sodastrem for sparkling water, large two-door fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ventilated oven, microwave, espresso coffee machine with pods, French press and moka, kettle, juicer and toaster. Each of the two bathrooms is equipped with a hairdryer. There is also a washing machine, dryer and everything you need to wash and iron clothes. Upon arrival, a tourist tax of 3.50 per person per night is required, excluding children up to 10 years old and Airbnb customers.
