On the ground floor, a living room and its monumental fireplace (wood), a fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, oven, dishwasher...), a laundry room (fridge/freezer, washing machine) & guest toilet. A spiral staircase provides access to the 1st floor to the 3 bedrooms, very comfortable (bed base & mattress - 140* 200). The 30 m² master suite offers a private bathroom & separate toilet. Two bedrooms of 15 m² and 12 m² share a nice bathroom (bathtub/shower & toilet).
