The space The former commercial unit was converted into an apartment and renovated. The apartment is located on the first floor and has direct street access. On 97m² there is space for up to 11 people in 2 spacious rooms. The open plan living room has an additional visually separate sleeping area, with 2 large double beds, 1 single bed and a desk. The living area is equipped with a dining table, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into sofa beds for 3 guests and a Smart TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The separate bedroom has a double bed. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with shower/WC and/or a bathtub.
