Your perfect retreat for an unforgettable vacation with a dog! The apartment was completely renovated and modernized in 2023. The location of the apartment is great - a dike is almost around the corner and invites you to take long walks with or without a dog! Or linger on the large covered terrace and escape the stress of everyday life. A gas grill is available for free use. Your dog can romp or relax in the small garden from the terrace (fenced) The space The bedroom is small but quietly located. The bed, including the slatted base, is of very high quality. The comfortable "Emma One mattress" ensures that you can sleep in peace. The bed size is 1.40 m. In the living room, there is a corner sofa with a sleeping function, so that if necessary this can be used for sleeping. Please let us know in the booking process if this will be the case so that the appropriate bedding can be provided. The kitchen is equipped with basic things like cutlery, pots, coffee maker, kettle, etc. A dishwasher can also be used free of charge. The usual spices are also provided. The smart TV in the living room has Telekom Magenta access with many TV channels in HD resolution. With your data, you can log in to Amazon Prime, Disney+ or Netflix and enjoy the evenings with a series or movie. In the living room and bedroom there are some Ethernet sockets. You can also work well "from the home office" with a LAN cable (please bring your own). The DSL speed is 50 Mbit. The coverage of the Wi-Fi or WiFi in the entire apartment or outside on the terrace is very good. The use is included in the rental price. In front of the apartment is a private parking space, which you can use free of charge. The apartment is on the ground floor and is designed barrier-free. Via a ramp you can get to the terrace and from there into the apartment, if you or your fellow traveler are dependent on a walker or wheelchair. Your dog or dogs are welcome! A food bowl and dog bed are available in the apartment. Also some toys so that the four-legged friend can keep busy. Nearby are some beach sections where dogs are allowed. In Brunsbüttel there is a large dog walking area. In Christianslust (about 15 minutes by car) there is a dog forest (fenced and free of charge). If a mishap happens, you can use the vacuum cleaner or wiper or dog waste bags at any time. Guest access The apartment is used exclusively by you. The garden is fenced (between 1.20 - 2 m). Again, other guests or tenants have no access. The key box with PIN code is next to the front door. Your individual access data will be sent to you automatically by email shortly before arrival. Linen package (bed linens as well as hand and bath towels) is included in the price. If you bring your own bed linens and hand/bath towels, please let me know in advance - for the sake of the environment.
