The house is 178 square meters (1,926 square feet) and has lake views; built in 2019. There are sleeping accommodations for 10 people in 3 bedrooms and in an additional living room. Large, fenced plot with spacious driveway with room for several cars. The beds are made when you arrive, also towel is included. Large glassed-in terrace. Quiet area but the plot borders the railway where a few trains pass per day. Indoors, the trains are not heard when the windows are closed. Self check-in. Dogs welcome. A 7-minute walk to the bus stop. 300 m. to Storsjön. The space The beds are made when you arrive and bath towels are also included. There are duvets and down pillows in all 10 beds. Upstairs: Two bedrooms/guest rooms + a living room with two sofa beds. A smaller pool table in the living room. Bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub and sauna. Downstairs: A guest room/office with a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with open floor plan. Dining table with 10 seats, living room with TV. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Laundry room with washing machine. In the rough entrance, there is plenty of space that you can use. More dates possible on request. 2 km to ski tracks that are anchored so you can go all the way to Östersund's ski stadium. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the locked dressing room and garage. The closets, cabinets, pantry, fridge, and freezer will not be completely emptied, but there will be plenty of space for your belongings/items. More information will be available on site. It is 300 meters to the shore of Lake Storsjön. Other things to note Cleaning: We provide cleaning equipment and expect you to leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived.
