The house was built 6 years ago (175 sqm) and has lake views. There are beds for 10 people. Large, fenced plot with spacious driveway with room for several cars. The beds are made when you arrive, towels are also included. Quiet area but the plot borders the railway where a few trains pass per day. Indoors, the trains are not heard when the windows are closed. Self check-in. Dogs are welcome. Less than a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. 300 m to Storsjön. Possibility of more dates on request. The space The beds are made when you arrive and bath towels are also included. There are duvets and down pillows in all 10 beds. Upstairs: Two bedrooms/guest rooms + a living room with two sofa beds. A smaller pool table in the living room. Bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub and sauna. Downstairs: A guest room/office with a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with open floor plan. Dining table with 10 seats, living room with TV. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Laundry room with washing machine. In the rough entrance, there is plenty of space that you can use. More dates possible on request. 2 km to ski tracks that are anchored so you can go all the way to Östersund's ski stadium. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the locked walk-in closet and garage. Wardrobes, cabinets, pantry, fridge, freezer will not be completely emptied, but there will be room for your things/goods. More information will be available on site. It is 300 meters to Storsjön's beach. Other things to note Cleaning: We provide cleaning equipment and expect you to leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived.
