Spacious – double bed & single bed, 3 people

Forget your worries and enjoy your stay in this spacious and peaceful accommodation. You can either book the entire apartment for up to 3 people, the double room for up to 2 people, or the single room for one person. Only one family or one single person is accommodated in the apartment at any one time, so there is no need to share common areas. It is not a shared apartment; you will have the entire apartment to yourself. The space Do you value privacy and don't like sharing a bathroom or kitchen? Then you are going to the right place. The entire apartment is your kingdom. The Sweet Apartment has its own entrance and consists of a cozy living/bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen. You generally don't have any further dealings with the hosts. Corner sofa and desk are at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, stove with baking function, refrigerator, as well as dishes and cutlery. TV (DVB-T/S) and Wi-Fi are also available for you. Use of the washing machine is possible for a small additional fee of only €2.50. We would like to point out that there is public parking in front of the house. You can park easily and free of charge along the entire quiet street. Guest access Michy & Eny's place is located in NRW Mönchengladbach. This is an apartment building in a quiet and good residential area, with optimal transport links and shopping. We usually welcome our guests ourselves and are of course at their disposal. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Other things to note Our fitness room in the basement is simply equipped and is available to all guests who would like to exercise during their stay. Please understand that this is a small, basic facility. We ask that you use the room respectfully and leave it clean so that other guests can also benefit from it. Families are welcome to use the garden and terrace. We attach great importance to thorough cleaning and careful disinfection of the rooms. The space is a family-run sublet, not a hotel. Only one family or one single person is accommodated at a time; there are no shared common rooms or hotel-like mass occupancy. Should anything in the apartment not be to your satisfaction, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will take care of it immediately and adjust everything according to your wishes.
