Come and stay at this secluded pet-friendly smallholding on the edge of the Dyfnant Forest in Mid-Wales. Comprising of a single-storey main house (sleeps 6), this property overlooks the Banw valley. 50 metres down the lane there is a converted barn (sleeps 2), bookable separately Settle in and go no further than the 5 minute drive to the 15th century village pub and locally-owned village shop and cafe, or venture further afield and enjoy the mountains and beaches of south Eryri (Snowdonia). The space The single storey main house sleeps 6: Large kitchen, large living/dining room, hall, drying/laundry room (with washing machine and tumble dryer) and conservatory. 3 bedrooms ( one King, one double and a twin room) One bathroom with shower over jacuzzi bath, one with shower - both have a toilet, sink, mirror with shaving plug and heated towel rail Central heating throughout Guest access You will have access to the entire garden and ample parking, we are surrounded by fields and forestry and on a quiet country lane Other things to note We welcome up to 4 well behaved dogs - as we are surrounded by livestock please make sure to keep your dogs on a lead when outside and pick up after them! Other pets by prior arrangement only please. There is a converted cowshed 50 metres down the lane that is bookable separately or may be occupied by other guests - please be considerate of other guests.
