Rental note: NO Water in Lake for 2026 Season

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and charming lakefront cottage surrounded by nature on Lakeview Street at Guilford Lake (equipped with many attractions), in absolute tranquility. Enjoy beautiful views of the lake from this cozy cottage, back porch, or dock. There is fishing or kayaking only steps away from the back door, and a public boat launch is just around the corner. The space Our adorable cottage comes with (2) Bedrooms, the 1st bedroom has a bunk bed with (2) full beds, 2nd bedroom comes with a queen bed. The bathroom has a nice-sized walk-in shower. There is an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, with plenty of seating for everyone. There is a bar top table with games available to play inside the cabinet. There are DVD players with each TV, along with plenty of DVD movies to choose from. (We DO NOT offer WIFI or cable with the cottage.) There are two porches to enjoy, one is at the front of the cottage, which has a high-top patio table with chairs. The other porch is on the back of the cottage (facing the lake) with a patio table and wicker furniture set to enjoy as well. Guest access You will be able to access the entire cottage for you and your guests. The pontoon boat is NOT included with the rental. Please refrain from touching, sitting on, etc. The owners of the boat will come out throughout the week to use it. The opposiste side of the dock is available for your use. Other things to note There are life jackets available in the storage unit located outside. There are adult sizes available: small, medium, and large. There is also a charcoal grill available for use in the storage unit. We DO NOT offer WIFI or cabel with the cottage.
