The property is located in the heart of Marina Piccola, on the south side of the island of Capri, 1.3 km from the beach and 1 km from the famous Piazzetta. It offers a breathtaking view of the Faraglioni of Capri, accompanied by elegant interiors of modern design, able to give its guests an ideal stay full of every comfort and tranquility. One of the three rooms is located in an annex attached to the Villa, accessed from the patio. It offers a large living area, also equipped with air conditioning, plasma TV and Sonos sound system, as well as a fully equipped kitchen also with dishwasher and washing machine. Outside, the Villa has a large porch (200 sqm) with sofas, a dining table, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a treadmill and, finally, a small swimming pool overlooking the Faraglioni, the symbol of the island of Capri. Guest access Access to the Villa is via an automatic white gate located on the main road of Via Marina Piccola 27. Inside the gate, you can park scooters or small cars.
