Maximum Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. 2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. 3. A 4WD is highly recommended in winter months. This driveway slopes downward toward the house. Caution should be exercised in the winter months. 4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE: This TAHOE GETAWAYS vacation rental has surveillance cameras located on a tree in the backyard to monitor wildlife. These have been installed by the rental property owner for security/risk management purposes. We want to reassure our guests that surveillance is strictly prohibited in interior areas or in areas where Guests would have a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as an outdoor spa.
