The space Our two-bedroom apartment is on the second floor of a historic brownstone that we've been - patiently! - restoring apartment by apartment. With plenty of closets, it's somewhat unusual. The laundry room, enormous pantry, and large tiled bathroom are all exciting features. Guest access Guests have access to the front entrance, hallway and entire two-bedroom apartment. The hallway of our brownstone is in the process of being restyled. Guests have a washer and dryer in the unit, with a vacuum stored downstairs in the hallway for your personal use. Next door is a garden with outdoor seating and plenty of seasonal flowers - let us know if you'd like a tour Summer-Fall.
