This spacious two-bedroom highlights a bedroom sunroom. Additional features include bright light, a large eat-in kitchen, an enormous master bedroom w/ king bed, and an office nook and laundry room. All this and more is located on a quiet block near the Hudson River walkable to all of Downtown Troy. You'll find several closets, a washer/dryer, 55" SmartTV, a work-friendly desk, & comfortable office chair. We offer stays over 14 nights, and families and dogs are welcome. The space Our two-bedroom apartment is on the second floor of a historic brownstone that we've been - patiently! - restoring apartment by apartment. With plenty of closets, it's somewhat unusual. The laundry room, enormous pantry, and large tiled bathroom are all exciting features. Guest access Guests have access to the front entrance, hallway and entire two-bedroom apartment. The hallway of our brownstone is in the process of being restyled. Guests have a washer and dryer in the unit, with a vacuum stored downstairs in the hallway for your personal use. Next door is a garden with outdoor seating and plenty of seasonal flowers - let us know if you'd like a tour Summer-Fall.
