Relax in our guest suite with private balcony and enjoy country views overlooking the natural pond in a beautiful spot of the English countryside in the small hamlet of Steep Marsh. Situated just off the A3, at the bottom of The Ashford Hangers Nature Reserve, in Southdown's National Park . We are only 2 miles from Petersfield, with a mainline train station. There are many walks and cycle routes to explore, the 'Shipwrights Way' and 'Southdown's Way ' and nearby Queen Elizabeth Country Park. The space A large bedroom and living space with a king sized bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, small sofa, tv, tea/coffee/cereal station, fridge, private bathroom with bath and shower. Toiletries provided - hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Private balcony with seating set. Guest access Guests have separate access to The Brambles guest suite via a staircase to a private balcony and self-check in with a key-box code, to enter through patio doors. Access to The Brambles guest suite is from a country lane via a woodland entrance with a wooden sign on the gate saying ‘The Brambles’ and a code key pad on the post to open the wooden five bar gate, then along a driveway track to the house/suite . There is secure free parking and private balcony overlooking the natural pond and resident geese. Guests are welcome to step over the low electric fence to sit by the pond and watch nature. We often have deer that visit, Kites and Heron birds, wild ducks and migrating birds, like Canadian geese. Other things to note Stair access only. A light breakfast is included with a choice of cereals, multi-grain bars, yoghurts, fruit, tea/coffee/herbal teas, sugar, oat, soya and semi-skimmed milk.
