Entire place with pool

Come and recharge your batteries in this pretty studio full of charm and renovated, located in a quiet and rural village a few miles from Cognac and Jarnac. You will have access to the entire house, totally independent, close to the pool, in our property and next to our house. You will be in a quiet place and can relax by the pool in the deckchairs. We will be there to advise you throughout your stay, to make you have a pleasant stay in Charente! The space This home can host a couple, possibly with a baby or young child. It consists of: * large living room with fully equipped kitchen (induction hob and oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and kitchenware) * dining area * lounge area with very comfortable and practical sofa bed, serving as main sleeping area. * bathroom with large shower * 1 self-catering toilet Towels and bed linen are provided A travel crib or extra bed is available for a baby or young child. Guest access Entire accommodation with covered terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, as well as outdoor games available (boules, molki, rackets, buoys, baby paddling pool, armbands, etc.) You will have access to the heated pool from 29 to 30 degrees. The pool will be closed by the owners after 10 p.m. If you wish, you can walk in the fully enclosed garden of 3000 m2, wooded and visit our nice chickens... A parking space is provided in front of your closed and fenced accommodation Other things to note the accommodation will be used by guests only. friends and families are not allowed to come to the accommodation, nor to come swimming.
