Entire place with pool

Come and recharge your batteries in this charming and renovated studio, located in a quiet and rural village a few kilometers from Cognac and Jarnac. You will have access to the entire apartment, completely independent, close to the pool, in our property and next to our house. You will be in a quiet area and can relax by the pool in the deckchairs. We will be there to advise you throughout your stay, to make you have a pleasant stay in Charente! The space This accommodation can accommodate a couple, with a baby or a young child. It consists of the following: * large living room with fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop and oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and dolce gusto, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and cooking utensils) * dining area * lounge area with very comfortable and practical sofa bed, serving as main bed. * bathroom with large shower * 1 independent toilet Towels and bed linen are provided A folding crib or extra bed is available for a baby or young child. Guest access Entire home with covered terrace, garden furniture, sunbeds and barbecue, as well as outdoor games available.(boules, molki, snowshoes, buoys, baby paddling pool, armbands,...) You will have access to the heated pool from May 15 to September 30. The swimming pool will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and closed by the owners. If you wish, you can walk in the fully enclosed garden of 3000 m2, wooded and visit our nice chickens... There's a parking spot in front of your gated and fenced home Other things to note The listing will be used by the guests only. Friends and family are not allowed to come to the listing, not even to swim. Parties and other events are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding. 😉
