If you have any questions, always contact us, we are available 24 hours a day. Important information: 1. Check in is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out is until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. If the reservation allows, we are flexible to alter these hours. Please always inform your arrival and departure time. Main gate, administration and large pool will already be informed about your arrival. When reserving you have to provide all guest’s names and IDs to register you in the system. 2. Your keys can be obtained in the box next to the door. After putting the code provided by us you have to push the black button down so that the box opens. When you leave, please leave the keys in the box. In case the key is lost you must inform us immediately; the lock and necessary key changes will be charged. 3. The apartment can only be used by guests who have registered with their name and ID or passport. The buildings do not allow visitors. 4. No more people than the indicated capacity is allowed. 5. Barbecues are not allowed on the balcony according to Panamanian laws. 6. This is a self-contained apartment; you will find neither food nor drink. You also have to bring your own cosmetic items, for example soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. As a courtesy, we will leave a toilet paper in each of the toilets. There are some shops on the premises where you can buy these items and also basic food. The Super 99 supermarket and Arocha pharmacy are located in the commercial center, right on the corner of the Inter-American highway and the road to Playa Blanca. 7. Your apartment will not be cleaned and your sheets and towels will not be changed during your stay. If you need cleaning and change of blankets and towels, please contact us. The garbage must be put in the storage downstairs. If you don't find it, ask security. 8. We do not take any responsibility for your valuables left in the apartment. 9. Smoking both in the apartment or anywhere else in the building (including in the hallway) is strictly prohibited. 10. In Panama the toilet pipes are very narrow, we ask you to put the used toilet papers in the trash can next to the toilet to prevent it from clogging. 11. You will receive 2 towels per person. One for bathing and one for the beach. Please do not use towels to remove makeup. We will count all towels when you leave. If they are lost, we will charge you 10 USD for each one. At the end of your stay, gather the used towels to facilitate the counting. 12. Please respect other residents of the building. We reserve the right to cancel the service immediately, with the retention of the entire rental fee, if we receive any valid complaints from other residents of the building or administration. 13. Please turn off the air conditioning, when you are away and when the windows are open. Please turn it off when exiting. We are committed to saving energy and fighting for a cleaner world. 14. There are some restaurants in the area. Within the complex you will find several restaurants in Town Center, next to the giant pool and on the beach. 15. In the giant pool there are 2 areas that you can use. One area is private for apartment owners. The areas that you can use are located next to the slides and the restaurant. You have to ask for a belt in the gate of the pool. 16. The apartment has individual Internet. Upon entering we will give you the network and the password. The password must be set as it is written. First, W (uppercase) i (lowercase) F (uppercase) i (lowercase) hyphen and then the numbers. 17. There is also cable TV. Please check that all remote controls (TV and air) are in the apartment. If you lose them, we will charge $30 for the replacement. The same applies to the air controls. 18. Please inform us in case of any damage caused before you leave. 19.
