Our spacious & comfortable house is the perfect vacation spot for families looking to enjoy beautiful Hudson Valley. Here you’ll find plenty of space for adults & kids to spread out – laze by the pool, work out in the gym, shoot some hoops, ride on a 160’ zip line, try the kids’ indoor rock-climbing wall, play a game of foosball, hike in the woods out back, relax in the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, enjoy the large Weber BBQ grill & smokeless fire pit…the list of activities is endless! The space 3 floors of 4900sf living space, 3 car attached garage, in-ground swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, in-ground basketball hoop (adjustable 6-10'), yard playhouse, 160’ zip line, 1 acre backyard + 2 acres wooded forest. 1st floor: The living room is perfect for movie nights with a wood burning fireplace and 75" TV, with access to HBO max, Netflix, Amazon Prime & Disney. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary chef-grade appliances and utensils for cooking family meals, including food processor, rice cooker, immersion blender, instant pot, waffle maker, hand mixer, measuring cups/spoons, baking sheets, roasting pan, grill baskets, tongs etc. The eat-in kitchen has a 6-seater large table, while the formal dining room seats 10 people. Off the main entrance is a fully furnished office featuring Uplift standing desk with 32inch dual monitors, printer, and high speed internet perfect for Zoom calls. Rounding up the first floor is a full bathroom. 2nd floor: The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, a work desk and an en-suite large master bathroom, complete with shower & hot tub for a relaxing soak. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, small desk and en-suite bathroom (bath tub). Bedroom 3 features a bunk bed: twin on top + full + twin trundle, with a jack & jill bathroom (bath tub) connecting to Bedroom 4 which has a crib, sofa bed (queen), glider & ottoman, white noise machine and black out shades (additional pack & play + mattress + sheets also available). Our laundry room is conveniently located on the 2nd floor. Basement: Large play space with toys for every age, including Legos, puzzles, play supermarket, play kitchen, play teepee, kid's table & chairs, art easel, foosball table. Gym includes a Nordic Track treadmill, free weights, TRX suspension system, bosu ball, stability ball & TV. A Queen sized bed is enclosed within a private space / bonus room in the basement (in addition to the 4 other bedrooms). You & your guests will also have another space to chill out in the basement den area with full L-shaped couch and 65" TV with access to HBO max, Netflix, Amazon Prime. We require a rental agreement/liability waiver to be signed by the main guest, including names / ages of all guests staying on property. We take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and safe space for families to stay. Our house is professionally cleaned before each guest arrives, and we provide fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your convenience. Our kitchen is fully stocked and you are free to use whatever we leave out (e.g., oils, salt, pepper, spices, butter, ketchup, herbs from the garden). The house is very safe for children with direct supervision. Guests assume all responsibility in monitoring children and enduring safe behaviors when on the property. We have a pool, outdoor hot tub, zip line, rock wall and other amenities where children need to be closely monitored at all times to ensure safety.
