Home in Massa Lubrense

Casa Vinaccia stands on ancient agricultural land in the village of Schiazzano, a place that has remained unchanged over time and is reminiscent of the Massa Lubrense of the 1970s. The house is a few minutes' drive from wonderful places like Sorrento and Nerano, and three quarters of an hour from Positano and Amalfi. The accommodation, extremely sunny and quiet, overlooks Ischia and Naples, a view that can be enjoyed from the hot tub that the property makes available to customers for a full refreshment. The space The interior of the property essentially consists of two spaces. The first, just entering the door, includes a comfortable living room and kitchen. The second, separated from the first by a sliding door, includes a bathroom (with all amenities) and bedrooms. The separation ensures privacy and tranquility at all times of the day. Each space has bright windows, to let sunlight in from every corner of the house. In addition, each room is equipped with heating and air conditioning. A patio in front of the house is equipped with a table for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the side of the house, there is a garden with a hot tub. To complete the outdoor area, there is a small space used for spices (such as basil, parsley and mint) and lemon trees, from which you can draw for a truly Mediterranean cuisine. Guest access The house is located about 100 meters from the main square of the village, in a downhill road that does not allow the passage of cars (motorcycles yes), for this reason it is possible to park the car in a protected parking lot (included) about 250 meters from the square or, alternatively, in the free places available in the square and along the road (unsupervised). The host will do everything to help you with your luggage. All spaces in the house and garden are available for guests, including the hot tub. Other things to note For pool and garden maintenance, a maintenance worker is scheduled to pass by every day (in the evening, time to be agreed). If you do not want it, you can ask not to have the attendant come by, but it will be the customer's duty to maintain the pool and garden. Guests are required to provide a government-issued ID for registration with the State Police. The tourist tax is €3.00 per night per person for the first 7 days, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
