The space Two Bedroom, Two-Bath home located in Burney, CA. Eleven-minute drive to Burney Falls and close to some of the best fishing around. The left bedroom has a King bed, the right bedroom has a Queen bed. We have an updated kitchen and bathroom with brand new furniture throughout. Very tastefully decorated with updated fixtures. We have lots of games and puzzles for rainy days. Enjoy the backyard patio with super comfortable and new patio furniture. Please feel free to use the barbeque. FREE FENCED BOAT PARKING! If you want to park your boat in the fully fenced back yard, let us know. You are welcome to back in your boat in the side gate. Please note that the second bathroom is very small (think like an RV bathroom). It is functional, but is quite tiny. We ask that guest do not use the wood stove for safety reasons. The central heating (and air conditioning) keeps the house plenty warm. We are laying sod in the front yard this spring (in May), but the back yard is currently not landscaped. Hopefully later this year! Guest access Please feel free to use and enjoy the entire home. Enjoy the coffee, the TVs, the games and books, everything! Use the washer and dryer as needed. The shed in the backyard is locked and not available at this time. Feel free to park your boat or trailer in the back yard - use the side gate. The backyard is fully fenced. Other things to note Please remember that you are staying in our personal vacation home, not a hotel. Please treat our treasured vacation spot with respect. During the winter months snow is likely and can make it difficult to travel on the mountain roads. Roads are plowed to allow for travel but due to unforeseen conditions, roads could be snowed in. Please plan accordingly. Shasta County Vacation Rental Permit Number: 22-0056. Shasta County Ordinance requires quiet hours observed between 10PM and 7AM, Monday Through Friday and 10PM and 9AM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited during quiet hours. Park only in designated areas.
