The home is located on a secluded cul-de-sac within the beautiful Wild Dunes and offers complimentary access to the two oceanfront swimming pools located on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk. A beach café, bar, ice cream shop and surf shop are all adjacent to the swimming pools on the Boardwalk. Three restaurants, the Harbor Golf Course, and the Sand and Sea Spa are all located within a short walk of Grand Pavilion 75. With this location, your beach vacation has never been easier! You'll love the large covered front porch lined with rockers and a porch swing and the newly renovated sunroom overlooking the Seaside Green Park. Nestled under ancient oaks and palm trees, the sunroom features a bar area, dining space and comfortable lounge space with a TV and pull-out couch. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Golf Carts are not allowed at this property. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. *Parking Details:* - There are 2 parking spaces available. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass.
