The Bianco apartment is on the mountain side and the Nero apartment is on the lake side. The entrances are on the terrace at the side of the house. Above the house is a large hillside garden for communal use with panoramic views. Deckchairs are available here for you to relax and enjoy the sun. You enter the apartment from the side via a terrace with a view of the surrounding mountains and the lake. The living area is open plan and has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a TV. The bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet is also on the same level. A staircase takes you up to the sleeping gallery, where there is a comfortable double bed. The apartment is flooded with light and modernly furnished.
