Cozy Cabin on the Water in Dunchurch. I

This "Cozy Cabin" sleeps 4 comfortably plus camping on site/waterfront. 1 acre property on Magnetawan River, this little piece of heaven is a separate area in front of our cottage. Swim, fish or just relax by the water or a campfire. Complimentary canoe /kayaks (bring life jackets). Wild Cat ATV Trail 10 mins away (bring your own ATV & Insurance). There is a hose for your use (after May long weekend), yet no running water in Cabin/Outhouse. Internet incl. The space The space is quiet & cozy with a super comfortable Queen bed & Single bunks. Alternatively you may set up tents on the property or right along side the waterfront. Waking to the sounds of nature and enjoying the spectacular view. Guest access WHAT TO BRING Included: Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, bar size fridge (bring along a cooler for extra storage), private parking, internet, tv, fire stick, bbque (bring charcoal), fire pit (bring firewood), complimentary use of the waterfront, kayak(s)/canoe (bring life jackets) and community park. Excluded: Life jackets, charcoal for bbque, campfire (bring along firewood), towels (kitchen & bath), dishes/cups/mugs/utensils, cooking tools, paper towels, garbage bags, bedding (sheets, pillow cases, etc), cleaning supplies, lighters or recreational toys. Bring lots of drinking water. There is a FREE fill station in Dunchurch at the side of the Community Centre if you require more, just bring along your bottles. Amenties: You will have access to the Outhouse, water/beach front, complimentary use of canoe/kayaks, fire pit, charcoal barbeque, Internet (TV has a Fire Stick, no cable) and loads of parking for cars or recreational toys. Approx 1 min walk to Community play ground, sand volleyball court & large field area. The area is well known for the ATV trail, Wild Cat only 10 mins away. There are lots of conveniences in Dunchurch such as access to Whitestone Lake ( public beach, play area, boat launch), Convenience store, Restaurant, LCBO, Nurses Station, Library, etc. For more options Parry Sound is 30 mins away and there are so many amazing places such as Killbear, Burk Falls, etc. It’s a fantastic nature get away experience! Other things to note Note that there is electricity and water station from a hose (after the May long wknd), yet no running water in the Cabin or Outhouse. Feel free to use the free filling Station at the Dunchurch Community Centre for additional drinking water.
