It has a shared main entrance to the house that leads to independently separated suites doors with key locks. You may or may not see other guests staying during your stay. We will do our best to respond to messages to the hosts within 24 to 48 hours. If the event of emergency and if the host does not respond in a reasonable time please contact Airbnb for support. For safety reasons we do not allow guest visitors other than those in your reservation. We understand that plans could change. If you plan to have visitors or additional guests we ask you to please modify your reservation. A maximum of two guests are allowed in this suite. We only allow one vehicle per suite. Additional vehicles must be approved by the host and will be approved only based on available parking at the time of reservation. A $25 parking fee per stay per vehicle will be charged to the guest via the Airbnb application. Guest access Guests have access to a Laundry facility with washer and dryer for a $5 fee per day for a maximum of $25 per stay or per month. One you pay via the app we will text you the code to enter the laundry room. Detergent is not included. Guest also can enjoy the outdoor living features such patio, and outdoor dinning table.
