A dining table along with high bar seating makes it easy to share a meal or use for setting up a laptop if you’re on a work trip. Cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances and cooking utensils. Then, kick up your feet on the recliner sofas, with a large, smart TV with on demand and Netflix, catering to your evening entertainment. Each of the two bedrooms ensure a haven to start and end your day. The primary bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and large mirrored wardrobes for storing your belongings. The second bedroom is set with a queen-sized bed, while the combination of air-conditioning and heating keeps things comfortable no matter what time of year you are travelling in. There’s a modern bathroom to refresh after a busy day, and complimentary boutique toiletries adding a luxe touch. You’ll also enjoy a separate laundry room with a combination washing machine and dryer, adding to your everyday convenience. Secure garage parking is provided for one car. You’ll also have access to the shared facilities including a swimming pool, fully equipped gym and a hot tub. If you want to use the pool you will need to supply your own pool towel. The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourselves, as well as access to the building's shared facilities including a pool, day spa, and gym. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. We are no longer able to provide lockbox access due to council rules. Our greeting service will get in-touch after you book to arrange key handover. *Please note there is an additional fee of $35 after 9pm for key handovers and If you are running late to meet our greet person please let us know asap. We will need to charge $50 per hour for late arrival to meet our greet person.* Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.
