The apartments (100 sqm) are located on 2 floors. On the1-t floor, there is a kitchen, a living area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an internal courtyard with access to the pool. On the lower floor, there is another living room with a fireplace and a play area. The internal courtyard features a dining area, a sun umbrella, and 2 lounge chairs. The apartments are part of the condominium, with a gated area, a large pool with a children's section, and a Jacuzzi area. We offer bicycles to our guests. Aprilia Marittima is a small resort town located in the Marano Lagoon. It is quiet and peaceful here, catering to yacht enthusiasts. In the marina, you can rent a boat or yacht or moor your own. There are several restaurants, bars, and shops. The beaches of Lignano are a 5-10 minute drive or a 20-minute bike ride away. Surrounding the town are farmlands where you can purchase local products directly from farmers, such as vegetables, fruits, berries, cheeses, sausages, oil, milk, yogurt, and wine. Irrigation canals are scattered throughout the area, home to fish, otters, and turtles. In the fields, you may encounter rabbits, deer, hedgehogs, and squirrels. There are bike paths that run through the fields along the lagoon. This is a natural reserve and a wintering spot for migratory birds. Throughout different times of the year, you can observe a wide variety of birds. You will wake up to the sound of birdsong. There is a golf club located 2 km away. In Lignano, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, including a zoo, water park, amusement park, traveling circus, children's entertainment park, water sports, nightclubs, and restaurants. Aprilia Marittima is situated between Venice and Trieste. It takes 1 hour by car or 1 hour by train from Latisana to reach Venice, and 1 hour by car or 1 hour by train to reach Trieste. Within a 30-minute to 1.5-hour drive, there are numerous attractions that we will recommend to tourists. The most convenient way to travel is by car. It takes 1 hour from the nearest airport, Marco Polo in Venice. By public transportation: take the train Venezia Mestre - Latisana Lignano Bibione (56 minutes), then take the buses 450/500/515 from Latisana via Beorchia (bus station) to Aprilia Marittima (16 minutes), and finally walk for 12 minutes.
