The home is equipped with a brand new washer and dryer for guest use as needed. Step outside and you'll find a lovely backyard with a patio dining area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Guests will have access to the entire home and fenced in backyard. We live a short 5 minute drive away from this property and are happy to help with any guest needs. The home is located in a neighborhood just a short 5 minute walk from the heart of downtown Lodi. Downtown Lodi is a delightful blend of historic architecture, tree-lined streets, and a lively atmosphere. The home is also central to the 80+ wineries that Lodi has to offer! Spend your stay sampling the local Lodi wines and know that you have a short trip back to relax at the Downtown Lodi Chateau! You will have access to the driveway at the property which can fit 2 vehicles. The street parking is also free.
