Lucinkas: Come and rest!

Our holiday home with private pool, has several terraces, and a closed parking. The house is located in the middle of the wine region Languedoc-Roussillon, in the 'natural park of the Haut-languedoc'. Our guest house, called “gîte” in French, is located about 50 km from the Mediterranean Sea and at the foot of the l’espinouse mountains, just outside the village of La Tour sur Orb. The space Furnishing The house includes: fully equipped open kitchen; dining room; lounge with TV; two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and separate toilet; a separate storage room; and terraces. Entire house has air conditioning. Bedroom furnishing: Both rooms have a double bed 160 x 200, wardrobe and sitting furniture. Kitchen equipment: Microwave-oven, oven, electric Kitchener, hood, refrigerator with small freezer, dish-washer, sufficient glassware and tableware, kitchen equipment. Terraces: There are 2 terraces at the house. A small terrace with bench from which you have a beautiful view over the valley. And a large terrace with dining table and chairs, to strengthen the inner man, or to just be together and enjoy a good glass of wine … From this terrace you have a view of our private wood. On this terrace you will also find sunbeds to enjoy the southern sun. Swimming pool: This is currently not yet available; but will definitely be there in 2024 !!! Parking : There is enough space to park the car .
