Old house of a stonemason located in Ménars, a stone's throw from the Loire and its castles. Quiet, renovated, shops and Loire by bike nearby. You can discover Blois, Chambord and the Loire (5/10 min walk) from Ménars. You will find a grocery store, bakery, butcher and bar, tobacco and newsstand 200 m away. The accommodation includes: 2 bedrooms, a reading area, a large bathroom, open kitchen, living room, dining room and an enclosed garden with barbecue (50 m from the house) The space Here's how the rooms of the house are arranged: - On the ground floor you will find a kitchen open to the living/dining room - On the first floor you will arrive on a landing that serves the bathroom, toilet and master bedroom.
