Old house of a stone cutter located in Ménars a short walk from the Loire and its castles. Quiet, renovated, shops and Loire by bike nearby. You can explore Blois, Chambord and the Loire (10 minutes' walk) from Ménars. You will find 200m away, a grocery store,a bakery, a butcher and a bar,tobacco,press. The accommodation includes: 2 bedrooms, a reading area, a shower room, open kitchen, living room, dining room, an enclosed garden with barbecue (50 m from the house and 7 steps) The space Here is how the rooms of the house are arranged: - On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen open to the living/dining room - On the first floor, you will arrive at a landing that leads to the bathroom, the toilet, and the master bedroom. There is also direct access between the bedroom and the bathroom, without going back through the landing. - Finally, on the second floor, you will find the second bedroom directly accessible by the staircase (no door). There is also a reading corner. - You also have access to the garden which is 50 m from the house with 7 steps to go down (detailed map in the welcome booklet). There is a table, chairs and a barbecue. Regarding parking, please do not park on the stone path bordering the house; it is a path shared with our neighbors, and they would not be able to get through. You can park on the street, and if there are no spaces, there will always be spaces on Place Prince de Chimay, 100 meters from the house.
