Locked rooms owners only : our garage, one small internal room and a few very small storage cupboards. Other things to note Suitable for newborn baby’s to 100+ year old, one story, flat easy access home. We love catering for families, have plenty of toys, seating and table wear for kids! You have the house to yourself, it’s a single stand alone property on the flat block, with high security privacy fencing. ****PLEASE NOTE*** On the very rare occasions we may need access our storage unit/ garage which is not connected to the house. We do not need to interact with guests to access and will be in and out very quickly. We will always give guests notice if we need access. ** Locked rooms for owners/cleaners use only: A small internal room, linen cupboards, the garage and some small cuboards in the butlers pantry. ***Liability Use of Property, Pool and Recreation Equipment*** Guests use the pool, hot tub, sauna, ice bath, kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit, bicycles, life jackets, and any other recreational equipment at their own risk. The hosts are not liable for accidents, injuries, disability, or death. Children must be supervised in the backyard and around the pool at all times. Children must be supervised at all times. We do not recommend children under the age of 5 using the water sports equipment. Guests accept full responsibility for safe and proper use. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all equipment is used safely and appropriately, including supervision of children at all times around water and equipment. Guests accept full responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury caused by misuse or negligence. By proceeding with your booking, you and your guests release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owners/hosts from any and all claims, demands, costs, or expenses arising out of the use of the pool, hot tub, sauna, ice bath, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, bicycles, life jackets, or any other recreational equipment supplied.
