Relax with your family and friends in this house surrounded by nature and tranquility. This peaceful place is located in a gated community, in the quietest area of the beautiful and emblematic Acapulco Diamante, surrounded by all the services and restaurants to enjoy your stay and a few minutes drive from the warm beaches of the Pacific, such as Bonfil and Princess. At 10 min from the airport and 5 min from the Isla Shopping Village (in the process of improvement after Hurricane Otis). The space Your stay is located in a small and quiet Condo behind the vidanta golf club and is surrounded by gardens with a pool in the center. The house is fully furnished and air conditioned in most of its spaces. On the first floor is the living room with double height, dining room, kitchen, a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 full bathroom. The second floor has a bedroom with a double bed and full bathroom, which in turn communicates with a small bedroom with two single beds in the form of bunk beds. In a corner at the top of the stairs (open area) there is a bed for two. In our small garden we have a table with an umbrella. The neighborhood is totally safe and the children can play without any worries. 2 car spaces are available in front of the house. You can bring your dog, as long as the rules of the subdivision are obeyed and the house is kept clean and tidy. Guest access The house is entirely at your disposal, as well as the surrounding garden and patio. The pool , gardens and parking are shared with the other people in the Condo, so you must follow the rules. Other things to note The house has all the essential amenities for your comfort such as air conditioning, cable TV, wifi, coffee maker, microwave, radio and of course gardens and pool. The beach is a few meters behind the complex, but there is no exit in that direction since a golf camp is right behind our complex, so it is recommended to go by car as you have to walk around. Walking would take about 40 minutes in the heat, which is often over 30°C. The island's shopping center (temporarily out of service), supermarkets, the Airport, mayn restaurants and the famous Barra Vieja are very close by.
